1. Nature of the Service
Eastpointe Residents Directory is a privately operated reference. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections relevant to Eastpointe, Michigan. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a government office, court, or records custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information found through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale

11. Governing Law
Michigan law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Michigan FOIA, 1976 PA 442, MCL 15.231 et seq., governs qualifying requests to public bodies; it does not make this private reference a records custodian.
12. Severability
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
